Rail maintenance

The data type describes maintenance measures for rails. The location of the measures is shown in the dataset with accuracy of one kilometre and they have been generalised according to the track-kilometres of the network. The source system of the data type is the maintenance application for the track infrastructure management system (RAIKU). The type of maintenance procedure can be found in the Subtype field. Possible measures include: — Maintenance of insulation joints — Welding technical maintenance — Repair and maintenance services of rail joints — Control of rail slipping — Railhead alignment milking — Removal of snow and ice from tracks — Neutralisation — Preparatory work for the winter maintenance of the railway area — Removal of track anchoring — Rail anchoring — Mapping of track anchorages — Tightening of track anchorings The status of the maintenance procedure can be found in the status field, possible spaces include: — ‘planned’ = The operation, e.g. maintenance or corrective action, is designed — ‘in_progress’ = Maintenance measure is underway — ‘Done’ = The action is complete — ‘on_hold’ = Can't do a measure because you wait — ‘Cancelled’ = The measure has been cancelled In addition, maintenance measures include the following characteristics: — ‘UID’ = unique id of the object — ‘client_log time’ = Date of recording by the user — ‘recording time’ = Date of recording in the application — ‘Type’ = Type of original geometry of observation, can be dot or line-shaped — ‘start time’ = Date of commencement of the operation — ‘stop time’ = Date of termination of the operation — ‘edit time’ = Last time of modification of the notification of action — ‘detachment_date’ = Date when the information was retrieved from the source system
