Dataset description

This reference architecture is intended to be used as a guide for the development of the operations and information systems of the municipal financial administration. It aims to ensure consistency of financial management processes and concepts and interoperability of delivery solutions, increase efficiency and facilitate reporting and statistical development. The reference architecture describes how the generalised business processes, stakeholders, roles, main information and information systems services in financial administration work as a whole. The reference architecture is a supplier-neutral and product-independent overall description of the target state of financial administration. The development of financial management, data management and information systems must be implemented within the framework provided by the reference architecture.
