Reference architecture of municipal management

Management reference architecture is an organisation-independent tool that can be used for different purposes in municipalities of all sizes. It can be used to describe the current state and target state of the whole or part of the activity and to determine the roadmap for development. In this case, management and operational development can be targeted and limited to an entity that can be managed from the point of view of change management (benefits, objectives, risks, determinations, implementation, implementation and consolidation). The tool can be used to develop the management and operations of public organisations as well as new solutions for the organisation and production of services (e.g. SOTE and regional administrative reform).
