Reserve of pending master plans in Tampere

At the map level (i.e. in the view), the “Plan Reserve for Master Plans Initiated and Approved in Tampere” database shows those items where the master plan is pending and for which it is estimated that a zoning reserve will be created in the master plan. An item will be removed from the map layer if its master plan is suspended or cancelled, or when the master plan is approved.The estimated reserve of pending items does not constitute a reserve that can be surrendered or can be built immediately. The material is maintained in the Oracle environment.The updating and maintenance of the material is continuous. The map layer (view) is updated per hour. The geometry of the database is an area. The coordinate system is ETRS-GK24 (EPSG:3878). Available as a WMS/WFS service. A description of the attributes of the material can be found in the upper metadata document “The planning reserve for master plans that have arrived and approved in Tampere”.
