The Oiva Academy (the City of Helsinki) organises about one third of the city’s entire education offering, and the material only includes the trainings organised by Oiva.This dataset lists the trainings organised by Oiva Academy since 2014. **Data contained in the dossier (not all available every year)** — training event ID — name of the training event — start and end of training — course group — average feedback (on a scale from 1 to 5) — number of days of instruction indicating the length of training — total training days (days of instruction x number of participants) — total number of participants in training — women in education and training — men taking part in training — participants in education and training without gender information An individual employee may have participated in several trainings. The large number of participants in the training in 2018 is explained by the basic training in Data Protection, which was started as a new training, which is completed by all city employees.
