Unseparated parcels in the city of Helsinki

The data contains volume areas from the administrative area of the City of Helsinki and a limited number of characteristics extracted from the municipal register. The area of destination refers to an area defined by the boundaries of the property. It can be separated into its own property by blocking. Normally, the target area arises when the owner of the property to be split transfers the area from his property to a third party. Exchanges of quantity are subject to the same rules as those applicable to the sale of real estate.
