Dataset description
The voting districts in Tampere present an up-to-date voting district distribution. The voting districts are decided by the municipal central election committee. The characteristics of the voting district are the polling station ID and name. The name indicates the polling station in the area in question, the symbol used in Tampere is the unique id of the area. Due to the limitations of the background system, the name also includes the voting area symbol.
The material is maintained in the Oracle environment and rarely changes. The coordinate system of the data is ETRS-GK24.
