The data cover the road network maintained by the Finnish Transport Agency. Districts record winter speed limits in accordance with decisions as office work. Speed limits are exported in long sections, without taking into account the short limit contained in road-specific restrictions below the overall road limitation level (point-specific restrictions, staggers, etc.).
