Young people in Helsinki by region

Statistical tables of the Youth by Region publications in Helsinki. The publication “Youth by Region” was published at the City of Helsinki Data Centre in 2005-2014. The publication contains regional data on the numbers of young people in Helsinki by age group, mother tongue, population forecast, housing, education, phenomena in the operating environment of youth work, and services for young people and their use. Information on population and housing by region can also be found in the regional series at [aluesarjat.fi](http://www.aluesarjat.fi). The publication “Youth by Region” contains data on around 40 phenomena and variables. The data are compiled according to two territorial principles: population data are based on the city’s official regionalisation by large scales and basic districts. Some of the data are grouped according to the regional division of the Youth Affairs Centre.
