Complete mapping of rivers carried out as part of the government instruction of 3 June 2015 — Ille-et-Vilaine

Full mapping of rivers in the following river basins in Ille and Vilaine is made available on 31 January 2022: Coastal basins of the region of Dol de Bretagne, Couesnon, Vilaine upstream of Rennes, Oudon, Semnon, Dear, Aff, Vilaine median north, Chevré, Flume, Ille (except for the municipality of Gosné), Seiche, Vilaine Médiane Sud and Yvel. This is a state of current knowledge of flows to be considered as streams under the Government’s instruction of 3 June 2015, which will result in updates as necessary. This mapping is derived from inventories carried out by the modified SAGEs if necessary by the water police after field expertise, except for the Oudon basin where the mapping is derived from field expertise based on the various existing IGN maps. Please note: rivers do not know departmental boundaries; the status of flows located in a neighbouring department should be consulted on the State site of the department concerned.
