Dataset description

This map represents the advancement of the vectorisation of urban planning documents (POS/PLU/CC) in Burgundy. It gives access to the download of the corresponding vector data. Vectorised planning documents can be consulted by zooming in on the desired municipalities. Vector data do not have regulatory value and do not replace enforceable urban planning documents. They constitute decision-making aid. The current date of the vectorised planning document is that in the DATE_DU_VECT field of the DOCUMENTS D’URBANISME vectorises table (ayaammjj format). A period of time may exist between the last modification of the applicable planning document and the updating of vectorised data on this mapping. Please note: the cadastral repository used for vectorisation is that indicated in the CADASTRE_VECT field of the DOCUMENTS D’URBANISME Vectorises table. The IGN Parcellar BD is available here as an indication. Data for each municipality can be downloaded in MIF/MID and SHP formats in Lambert 93 for tables and PDF for regulations from the TELECHARG field. Some planning documents are available in the format of the Commission for the Validation of Spatial Information (COVADIS); the others will be gradually transformed into this format.
