This interactive map is intended to facilitate the processing of water law dossiers in relation to the theme “water bodies” in addition to the wetland-specific mapping published by DREAL under Carmen. It includes data on: — rivers of first and second categories of fish as defined by the Ministerial Decree of 7 February 1995; — inventories of water bodies carried out by the department in charge of the water police in 2008 on the Boulonnais sector and 2010 on the Sensée sector. These inventories, made by photointerpretation, are intended to be extended to the entire department in the future. ‘Submitted’ water bodies are water bodies which fall under the Water Act (area greater than 1 000 m²) and are subject to a DDTM instruction; “non-subject” water bodies are water bodies which are not a priori subject to the Water Act (area less than 1 000 m²) and are the subject of a decision by the mayor of the municipality concerned. — data making it possible to assess the extent of the major bed of watercourses within the meaning of heading 3220 of the nomenclature of the Law on Water (Art. R214-1 CENV): data on flooded areas found, zoning of hay from approved or under study PPRI, atlas of flood zones. These data are intended to be completed as the hydraulic studies related to RPRI progress progress. Last MAJ: June 2011.
