Dataset description

This layer identifies the cliff ridges representing a risky rockfall, block falls or aggravating phenomena. It was obtained by topographic readings of the SCAN25 maps at 1/2500. These data are derived from the 2016 Atlas Land Movements of the Côte-d’Or Department, carried out by CEREMA (Centre for Studies and Expertise on Risks, Environment, Mobility and Planning). All of the atlas data are derived either from the national databases of the BRGM BD MVT or BD Cavité, from the interpretation of geological maps at 1:50,000 or SCAN25 1/25 000, and from the inventory made to the municipalities. Since the BRGM databases are continuously powered, it is necessary to refer to them for the latest version of this data.
