Dataset description

This layer takes over the delineation of the priority catchments followed by the Ille-et-Vilaine DDTM: 13 catchments on the 35, plus 2 in the department of Mayenne impacting the territory of Ille-et-Vilaine, were classified as priority catchments based on their susceptibility to nitrates and/or plant protection products. Specific actions must be implemented on the feeding areas of these catchments (AAFCs) to ensure the sustainability of drinking water production. These actions first involve the definition by prefectural decree of an AAFC protection zone, followed by the implementation of specific measures in this protection zone, either through the adoption of a so-called decree of areas subject to environmental constraints (ZSCE), or through the implementation of other actions (watershed contract, specific land development, or payments for environmental services, etc.). This mapping specifies for each catchment, the name of the water intake, the stake attached to the catchment, the municipality of reference of the catchment, the date of taking of the delimitation order of the AAC PPA (when a by-law was made), the surface of each zoning (in ha) and also includes the type of delimitation (hydrographic VB, AAC, AAC proposal, or PPC).
