Dataset description

New nomenclature of public easements (SUP) January 2019 I3 — Servitudes relating to the establishment of gas, hydrocarbon and chemical pipelines See Environmental Code articles L.555-27, R.555-30 and L. 555-29 Data provided by: GRT-GAZ, TRAPIL ODC, Tran ETHYLENE Article A. 126-1 of the Urban Planning Code relating to the legend of public utility easements (SUP) was amended by the Order of 22 October 2018 amending Article A. 126-1 of the Urban Planning Code. Article A. 126-1 now provides that the representation of the various SUPs listed in the Annex to Book I shall be determined in accordance with the digitisation standards validated by the National Geographic Information Council (CNIG). The CNIG SUP standards are available on the CNIG website. Former Article A. 126-1 provided that the SUPs were represented in accordance with the alphanumeric code and the graphic symbols annexed to the Decree of 29 July 1987 amending and supplementing the Annex to Article A. 126-1 of the Urban Planning Code. As these graphic symbols have become obsolete following the definition of a CNIG SUP standard in the context of the transposition of the INSPIRE Directive, Article A. 126-1 has been amended and the 1987 Order repealed. The alphanumeric codes assigned to each SUP are now set by the national nomenclature available on the geoinformation site. The national nomenclature has been updated due to the creation of new SUPs since 1987 and the repeal of certain SUPs. It has also been amended as regards SUP I relating to the use of certain resources and equipment.
