Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Table containing point generators linked to EL8 grade easements in Pas-de-Calais

Category EL8 easements relate to field-of-view easements of establishments essential for the safety and surveillance of marine navigation. The services in charge of navigation safety have tools and facilities to carry out their tasks. These may include maritime signalling establishments (amers, lighthouses, lights, radio navigation aids), or maritime navigation monitoring centres and their specific equipment. These tools and facilities should benefit from: • a right to establish an easement of visibility and radio propagation; • the right to remove from any obstacle or vegetation an area of strictly sufficient width and height; • the right to the establishment of an easement capable of guaranteeing any installation of any possible visual confusion or radio interference. The services in charge of the safety of navigation may resort to the expropriation procedure if the judge considers, after the opinion of the expert(s), that the enforcement of the easements in fact precludes the exercise of the right to property.
