Dataset description

A technological risk prevention plan is the result of a risk analysis procedure and the definition of rules to be followed around the most dangerous industrial sites with the aim of limiting the human consequences of an industrial accident. It represents, in particular, the Urbanisation Control component of the Industrial Risk Prevention Policy around Industrial Sites (ICPE) under the easement authorisation procedure (AS) corresponding to the high threshold SEVESO establishments within the meaning of European legislation. The plan for the prevention of technological risks is the regulatory document drawn up by the State responsible for the urbanisation of industrial technological risks around industrial sites covered by the AS scheme (authorisation with easements). It was established by Act No. 2003-699 on the prevention of technological and natural hazards and on compensation for damage of 30 July 2003. The technological risk prevention plan addresses all the effects existing at the site (thermal effect, overpressure, toxic, projection). Without specifying this, the PPRT is in the majority of cases “multi-effects”. Includes prescribed documents (under development), approved, and documents repealed after being enforceable.
