Dataset description

Utility easements resulting from the establishment of Predictable Natural Hazards Prevention Plans (PPRNP) drawn up pursuant to Articles L. 562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code. PPRNPs are intended to prevent natural hazards such as floods, terrain movements. This lot of easements contains generators, plates, legal acts, associated relational tables (list of easements, lists of deeds, list of managers and relationship table between deeds and easements). Public utility easements are administrative limitations on the right to property, they are instituted, by one or more acts, for the benefit of public persons, concessionaires of public services or public works, or private persons engaged in an activity in the public interest. The collection and conservation of public utility servitudes is a sovereign task of the State which must bring them to the attention of local and regional authorities in order for them to annex them to their urban planning document. The public utility easements concerned are those defined by Articles L. 126-1 and R. 126-1 of the urban Planning Code and annexes thereto.
