Dataset description

Following the catastrophic floods since 1992, a reform of the policy for the prevention of inindations was initiated in 2002, in particular to strengthen the prevention of the risks of ' flooding by watersheds and to generalise plans of #x27; actions specific to large rivers. This results in the implementation of Flood Prevention Actions (PAPI) programs in the field. The PAPIs contain a number of proposals jointly defined by the communities and services of the State of the same watershed. The projects selected fall within the category of so-called slow floods (crues deplaine or flood of tablecloths) as well as the often devastating and deadly category of torrential floods. Porpositions generally deal with the regulation of upstream flow through the creation or restoration of fields of ' expansion of floods, development of \#x27; preventive information, the reduction of vulnerability of buildings established in flood zones or the development of managers of #x27; local works acting on the #x27 rd level; scale of watersheds. __Origin__ update PAPI graphical areas related to PAPI members, update data and table structure.
