Dataset description

Former CUCS neighbourhoods (urban social cohesion contract). The CUCS succeeded city contracts in 2007 as part of the development of the territory project for the benefit of the districts in difficulty. Each urban contract for social cohesion designates and delimits one or more sub-communal neighbourhoods which concentrate as a matter of priority the aids and actions developed by this contract. These priority CUCS neighbourhoods can be: — districts classified as a sensitive urban area (ZUS) the perimeter of which corresponds to the statutory perimeter of the ZUS, or, — districts not classified as ZUS whose perimeter is specific to each CUCS (the perimeter of CUCS non-ZUS districts has no legal but contractual basis).
