Dataset description

The water planes designate a surface area of continental fresh water, free stagnant, d' natural or anthropogenic origin, of varying depth. The term plan d'water covers a number of situations commonly referred to as lake, restraint, pond, gravel, quarry or marsh.(Definition given by the Sandre).By convention are not included in this layer the plans of #x27;water corresponding to gravel or quarries during the period in which they fall under the mining code. The plans of the water are described by their use(s) according to a typology of uses predefined.By convention, for the sake of consistency with Cascade, the typology “pisciculture” s' applies, regardless of the species produced, to a use of the plan of water falling:- either the regulation on ICPEs (heading 2130 of Decree 206-942 of 27 July 2006) where there is regular feeding and production in excess of 20T/year;- or #x27; Article L431-6 of the Code of l'environment and police of l'water (section 3.2.7.0 of Decree 206-881 of 17 July 2006) s'il n'y has no regular feeding or production less than 20T/year.A similar layer N_PLAN_EAU_P (#47) describes the centroids of the plans of water. __Origin__ The boundaries of a restricted zone are represented on the graphical documents of the PPR. Regulatory limits are generally set on natural phenomena, which do not follow cadastral or administrative boundaries. A PPR determines the boundaries of the different restricted zones according to the calculated right-of-way of the hazardous phenomena of the site. Some PPRs may sometimes contain regulations associated with linear or punctual figures (cavities, runoff axis...). The linear and point graphics primitives are to be used in these cases respectively. __Partner organisations__ DDT Cher __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-0a167192-533c-4ece-a534-f9c4082474a4) * [COVADIS data standard: Restricted zone of a PPRN](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ZONE_REG_PPRN_AAAANNNN_S) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/68223489a040d66e5730273ed850d2ae8db88b58)
