ICPE instructed by the DDCSPP subject to Declaration — large-scale localisation — Hautes-Pyrénées

Large-scale location of agricultural (Classified Facility for Environmental Protection) ICPEs, subject to reporting. A facility classified for environmental protection is a fixed installation the operation of which poses risks to the environment. Examples:factories, livestock, warehouses, quarries, etc. ICPEs can be classified as agricultural or industrial and may, depending on the case, generate zones of reciprocity, depending on the heading and the elements structuring the installation. This large-scale digitisation applies only to the reporting-required PECIs under the agricultural scheme; and is intended to be a postponement as close as possible to the installations observed in aerial photos, on the declared cadastral plots. Objective: — precisely locate all the elements structuring an ICPE (buildings, pits, silo, open air,...): these elements generate areas of reciprocity and are therefore referred to as the generating term of the ICPE. — deduce the areas of reciprocity to be applied around the identified ICPEs.
