Dataset description

Local urban planning plan (PLU) digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. The dematerialisation of the graphical documents of a PLU generates a spatial data set composed of several layers: • The ZONE_URBA layer containing the urban planning areas corresponding to the PLU zoning plan: these areas include urban areas (U), urban areas (AU), agricultural areas (A) and natural and forest areas (N). A settlement is attached to each zone. The regulation may lay down different rules, depending on whether the purpose of the constructions will concern housing, hotel accommodation, offices, commerce, crafts, industry, farming or forestry or the function of warehouse. • The PRESCRIPTION layers containing all the surface, linear and point requirements applicable to the PLU or POS. The requirements of a town planning document are defined in Articles R151-30 to R151-50 of the Urban Planning Code. They are superimposed on an area of the urban planning document and generally exert an additional constraint on the settlement of the area. A regulation is attached to each prescription. • INFO layers containing surface, linear or point geographic information which are annexed or reported for information purposes on the graphical documents of the PLU. Each information is described by a text. • The HABILLAGE layers containing all the surface, linear or point elements of the wrapping of the graphic documents (frames, annotations, cartridges, captions..) to allow the edition in paper form of the opposable version of the latter.
