Dataset description

Large-scale localisation of ICPEs (Classified Facilities for Environmental Protection), which are instructed by the DDCSPP, subject to authorisation or registration. A classified facility for environmental protection is a fixed installation whose operation poses risks to the environment. Examples:factories, farms, warehouses, quarries, etc. ICPEs can be classified as agricultural or industrial and may generate several reciprocity zones depending on the type of project to come. This large-scale digitisation applies only to ICPEs whose instruction is carried out by the DDCSPP, subject to authorisation or registration; and wants to be a postponement as close as possible to the case investigated by the Environment Department of the DDCSPP 65. Objective: — locate precisely all the elements structuring an ICPE (buildings, pits, silo, outdoor course,...): these elements generate areas of reciprocity and are therefore referred to by the generating term of the ICPE, — define an area corresponding to the ICPE right-of-way, — deduce the reciprocity zones to be applied around the identified ICPEs, defined by polygons identifying the protection zone.
