Ce référentiel regroupe les mouillages et/ou abris fréquentés par les navires français équipés de VMS (Vessel monitoring system). Il s’agit de points en mer où les navires font relâche. La codification des abris ou mouillages est sur 5 caractères : les deux premiers correspondant au code ISO-2 du pays et les trois derniers au numéro d’ordre du mouillage ou de l’abri.
