Dataset description

On the basis of data from the population census and the processing of land files (density), the evolution of the housing stock is studied. The indicators were built within the framework of the Regional Observatory of Natural, Agricultural, Forestry and Urban Territories (NAFU) led by the State and the Regional Council of Aquitaine. Indicators are available from the municipal scale. There is a problem with the significance of density data. To assess the significance of the data on a geographical scale, a diffusability indicator was calculated. This indicator is based on the verification of 2 conditions. As a result, data considered “non-significant” are not disseminated for some territories.
