Zonage issu de la rénovation méthodologique de la méthode d'estimation du prix des terres et prés agricoles à partir des notifications individuelles des transactions et des rétrocessions et permettant le calcul de la valeur vénale des terres. Cette opération a été menée conjointement par Terre d'Europe-Scafr, le SSP (Service de la Statistique et de la Prospective du MAAPRAT) avec l'appui méthodologique de l'INSEE (Institut National de la Statistique et des Études Économiques).
