Plots of large landowners on Rennes Métropole

This layer of polygons includes a selection of plots belonging to public planners, social donors, communal properties and properties of Rennes Métropole. Plots were identified by requests for the “owner’s name” attribute, for the following owners: • the municipalities of the Metropolis; • communes owning land in another municipality (value “Other commune”); • Rennes Métropole; • the Departmental Council of Ille-et-Vilaine; • the Brittany Region; • the State; • public planners — Territories, S.P.L.A.(Local Public Development Corporation), SADIV (Société d’Aménagement et de Développement d’Ille et Vilaine); • social donors — Espacil Habitat, Espacil Residence, Aiguillon, Habitat 35, Family Habitat, HLM Les Foyers, ICF Atlantique, OPH de Rennes Métropole; • the public land establishment of Brittany: EPF • Safer Brittany: SBAFER • The diocese • SNCF network The parcels come from the PCI vector of March 2022 and on land data as of 01/01/2022.
