Dataset description

During hydraulic modelling, the centennial flood hazard was determined on the area. In addition to the envelope of this hazard, the water levels over the entire sector could be determined. In order to visualise these water heights, a set of profile, known as “reference profiles”, was positioned with an altimeter deviation of about 20 cm. All of these ratings are linked to the General Level of France and are expressed in NGF meter. The by-law distinguishes for each area the construction projects to be above or below the regulatory rating. The regulatory rating is defined in the regulations as the reference rating increased by 5 cm for habitable or functional floor surfaces as well as for the use of water-resistant materials, and 30 cm for vulnerable equipment, including electrical installations. The reference rating to be used is indicated on the regulatory zoning maps, it must be searched immediately upstream of the site. Genealogy: The reference profiles are represented on the PPRi graphic documents. They are represented by polylines with a rating in NGF meter. These ratings will determine the regulatory ratings used in the interpretation of the IPP Regulations. The profiles are located throughout the PPRi sector.
