Dataset description

Class EL9 easements relate to coastal easements designed to ensure pedestrian crossing along the coast and to provide them with free access to the coast. In addition to a right of passage for pedestrians, it prohibits owners of encumbered land and their right holders from making changes to the state of the premises, even provisionally, to obstruct the free passage of pedestrians, unless prior authorisation is granted by the prefect, for a maximum period of six months. A longitudinal passage easement to the shore of the sea that strikes on a three-metre wide strip the private riparian properties of the public marine domain.2. A cross-crossing easement at the shore of the sea that may be instituted on existing private roads and roads for collective use, other than those reserved for professional use, in order to connect the public road to the shoreline of the sea or to the immediate access paths to the sea, in the absence of a public road within five hundred metres of access to the shoreline.This resource describes the surface plates of easements of the EL9 class easements, namely the right-of-way for the coastal trail.
