Dataset description

Road traffic measurement data on the RD Bas-Rhin. About 35 points are continuously measured (SIREDO stations). The rest of the road network, divided into 1000 sections, is subject to temporary measures at a multi-annual rate. From these one-off measurements, statistical calculations are made to evaluate the annual traffic of each section, distinguishing between traffic All vehicles and heavy goods traffic. Accuracy of traffic values: about 10 %. The data are organised to allow the choice of a general visual consultation (map, optimised at the ' scale 1/100.000) or a detailed consultation (access to the tables of detailed figures). Year N traffic data are generally consolidated and made available in March of the year N+ 1. __Origin__ Map data optimised at l' scale 1/100.000. All 1000 sections will have been counted at least once by 2014. To date, about 70 % of the sections have been counted all vehicles, and 55 % l' the object of counting heavy goods vehicles. Accuracy of traffic values: around 10 % for counts from 2010 onwards and around 40 % for pre-2010 counts. Multi-annual programme (over 5 years) determining which sections will be counted in year N. Counts during the year N on 3 x 1 week of these sections. Statistical calculations at the beginning of N+ 1 to determine the annual averages of sections counted over the last 5 years. Data used: CRS road reference. Road counts carried out by the UGT (traffic management unit of the service d' maintenance of departmental roads) and the CTCGs (technical centres of the General Council). __Partner organisations__ Bas-Rhin Departmental Council (CD67) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/dcdee911a5fa96ae7eab9400e13c0d7e327c5ee4)
