Dataset description

Departmental mapping of SDIS 53. The Listed Establishment Plan (RPP) is a decision-support document that is carried out with regard to the risks identified at a site but also because of the complexity of the places, the nearby environment and the difficulties that the assistance would have to intervene. The 3-pronged plan details the establishment both in terms of the views in the plan and the information transcribed in the 2 factsheets. It is thus composed of: — Page 1: Presentation of the establishment and geographical location (1/25 000th) — A4. — Page 2: Supply plan containing the plan of situation in the agglomeration with the position of the water points usable in the event of an accident — A4. — Page 3: Information sheet — A4. — Page 4: Plan view of access level, as well as floor plan views — A3. — Page 5: Technical sheet of operational instructions — A4. The establishment sheet is the result of an analysis of the risks presented by an institution, whether industrial or receiving from the public. The risks considered are those that threaten the safety of people, property or the environment as well as the difficulties that may be encountered by firefighters during an intervention. The two-sided sheet is thus composed of: — Page 1: General and operational information — A4. — Page 2: Situation plan (IGN map extract 1/25 000th) and a detailed mass plan — A4. Only the location of PER & FE. Working base for SDIS 53 applications: — Paper mapping of Relief Centres — Alert system GIS (18-112). VERSION: November 2017
