Dataset description

The Labour Code provides for the possibility of derogation from the Sunday rest rule in certain sectors previously identified: — International tourist areas (ITZs) defined by orders of the Ministers responsible for labour, tourism and trade pursuant to Article L.3132-24 of the Labour Code; — Tourist areas (TZs) defined by prefectural decree pursuant to Article L.3132-25 of the Labour Code; — Commercial zones (ZCs) delimited by prefectural decree pursuant to Article L.3132-25-1 of the Labour Code; — Station rights-of-way listed by the Order of 9 February 2016 for the application of Article L.3132-25-6 of the Labour Code. The sectors whose acts of creation have been cancelled have been kept in the table for information (with an ‘cancelled’ andat_act attribute). For the sectors which have been modified, only the resulting scope in force appears in the table. — Warning — The contours, constructed on the basis of the information contained in the sectoral delimitation orders, have been made for study purposes and are not of an official nature. Under no circumstances can they be used to attest to the inclusion or non-inclusion of trade in a sector.
