The ad hoc representation was introduced only for consistency with Cascade at the end of 2006.
By convention, for the sake of consistency with Cascade, in this layer the term ‘pisciculture’ shall apply, irrespective of the species produced at an installation falling within the scope of:
—either the rules on ICPEs (heading 2130 of Decree 206-942 of 27 July 2006) when regular feeding and production exceeding 20T/year;
Article L431-6 of the Code de l’environnement et de la police de l’eau (section 3.2.7.0 of Decree 2006-881 of 17 July 2006) if there is no regular feeding or if the production is less than 20T/year.
