Dataset description

These are easements resulting from the establishment of Predictable Natural Risk Prevention Plans (NPRPs) and Mine Risk Prevention Plans (PPRMs) established pursuant to Articles L. 562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code. PPRNPs are intended to prevent natural hazards such as floods, terrain movements, avalanches, forest fires, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms or cyclones. The PPRMs are intended to prevent the following mining risks: subsidence, collapse, fontis, flooding, dangerous gas emissions, soil or water pollution, emissions of ionising radiation. Texts in force: PPPPPs and PPRMs are subject to the same regulations. Article L174-5 of the new Mining Code provides 'The State shall draw up and implement plans for the prevention of mining risks, under the conditions laid down in Articles L. 562-1 to L. 562-7 of the Environmental Code for plans for the prevention of foreseeable natural hazards. Such plans shall have the same effects as plans for the prevention of foreseeable natural hazards.’ — Articles L562-1 to L562-9 of the Environmental Code; — Decree No 2011-765 of 28 June 2011 on the procedure for drawing up, revising and amending plans prevention of foreseeable natural hazards; — Articles R562-1 to R562-10 of the Environmental Code. However, Decree No 2000-547 of 16 June 2000 as amended on the application of Articles 94 and 95 of the Mining Code provides for some adaptations for PPRMs
