Dataset description

The municipalities, and parts of municipalities, within their boundaries as at 31 December 2017, listed in the Annex to this Decree (1), are classified either: — for areas other than mountain areas, which are subject to significant natural constraints, so-called SCNZ; — for other areas subject to specific constraints, so-called SSAs. Article 1 — The Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code is amended as follows: 1o Article D. 113-15 is replaced by the following: “Article D. 113-15. — The other less-favoured agricultural areas consist of: ‘- Areas other than mountain areas which are subject to significant natural constraints, known as ZSCN, as defined in Article 32(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of 13 December 2013; “- Other areas subject to specific constraints, so-called SSAs, as defined in Article 32 4 of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of 13 December 2013. "Their definition elements are those specified in the national framework, taken pursuant to Article 6 3 of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of 13 December 2013, approved by Commission Implementing Decision C (2019) 1769 of 27 February 2019." 2o The last paragraph of Article D. 113-17 is deleted. Article 2. — The Minister for Economic Affairs and Finance and the Minister for Agriculture and Food are each responsible for the implementation of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
