Dataset description
A radius of 15 km is generated around agglomerations of more than 15,000 inhabitants pursuant to Article L122-2 of the Urban Planning Code.
The municipalities are located less than 15 kilometres from the periphery of an agglomeration of more than 15000 inhabitants within the meaning of the general population census.
For municipalities not covered by an applicable SCOT (= approved), a PLU may not be modified or revised to open for urbanisation an AU zone demarcated after 1 July 2002 or a natural area.
