On the basis of this classification, the Prefect determines, by order: (1) Areas affected by noise in the vicinity of the identified infrastructure 2° The sound levels that manufacturers are required to take into account for the construction of buildings included in these sectors; (3) The acoustic insulation of the façade required pursuant to the decree provided for in Article R. 571-43 of the Environmental Code.
