Dataset description

L_PECHE_CLASSEMENT_L432-6_L_019 These are watercourses classified by decree under Article L432-6 of the Environmental Code. Any work on these streams must include devices to ensure the circulation of migratory fish. This measure has been replaced by L214-17 of the Environmental Code. See the table N_PECHE_CLASSEMENT_L_019 Code_Hydrographique:code of the watercourse (identifier for hydrographic coding) Toponyme:nom of the watercourse Applicant: proposal to replace the “toponym” field; this field is completed pending IGN’s toponymous commission granting it official toponym status Classification: establishes a decreasing hierarchy between rivers. 1: any watercourse of more than 100 km in length or any stream entering a logical mouth (interruption of the network formed by natural watercourses: sea, wells...) and of a length exceeding 25 km. 2: any watercourse between 50 and 100 km in length or any stream entering a logical mouth (interruption of the network formed by natural watercourses: sea, wells...) and of a length exceeding 10 km. 3: any watercourse between 25 and 50 km in length 4: any watercourse between 10 and 25 km in length 5: any watercourse between 5 and 10 km in length 6: all other streams except those resulting from the densification of the network. 7: streams resulting from the densification of the network. classified_L_432_6_migre_fish: equal to 1 when rivers classified under Article L432-6 of the Environmental Code
