Dataset description

La Commission générale des pêches pour la Méditerranée (CGPM) a découpé la zone FAO 37 en secteurs subdivisés en sous-zones, divisions, sous-divisions, etc. Celles-ci servent de bases aux scientifiques qui établissent des diagnostics sur l'état de la ressource. Ces secteurs sont également employés pour l'attribution des quotas de pêche. Les GSA ou « Geographical Sub-Areas » sont au nombre de 15 et sont rattachées aux divisions CGPM.
