Couche de points permettant de localiser les terrains d'accueil des gens du voyage. La loi n° 2000-614 du 5 juillet 2000 relative à l'accueil et à l'habitat des gens du voyage impose aux communes de plus de 5 000 habitants d’aménager une aire d’accueil pour les gens du voyage. Ces communes figurent obligatoirement au schéma départemental. Il précise la destination des aires permanentes d'accueil et leur capacité. Il définit la nature des actions à caractère social destinées aux gens du voyage qui les fréquentent. Cette couche indique le nombre d'emplacements disponibles sur chaque terrain sur une année (les terrains de grand passage voient leur capacité augmenter entre mai et octobre).
