Dataset description

WFS Service — The scots were created to replace the old master plans by the Solidarity and Urban Renewal Act (SRU) of 13 December 2000. They enable municipalities belonging to the same basin of life to bring their policies in the areas of urban planning, housing, commercial settlements, travel and the environment into line, while respecting the principle of subsidiarity. The data provided shows the scots that are in progress and not yet approved (Scots being developed or new scots being revised). All the scots in the project whose department of competence is in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes but also those of a neighbouring region of which at least one municipality is in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes are integrated.
