Dataset description

Public utility easements (SUPs) are administrative limitations to the right to property. They are established for the benefit of public persons, concessionaires for public services or public works, private persons engaged in an activity in the general interest. Easement type PM3: these are easements resulting from technological risk prevention plans (RTPPs) drawn up pursuant to Articles L. 515-15 et seq. of the Environmental Code. PPRTs shall define, for facilities with hazards of particular importance to the safety of neighbouring populations, a perimeter of exposure to risks taking into account the nature, probability and intensity of the technological risks described in the hazard studies and define measures to protect populations. Within this perimeter are defined, depending on the type of risks, their severity, their probability and their kinetics: • areas of control of future urbanisation; • prescribing areas, relating to existing urbanisation, within which may be demarcated: — the so-called abandonment sectors, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 515-16-3 and L. 515-16-5 to L. 515-16-7 on account of the existence of significant risks of a rapid kinetic accident presenting a serious danger to human life; — areas of expropriation, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 515-16-3 to L.515-16-7 because of the existence of significant risks of a rapid kinetic accident presenting a very serious danger to human life.
