Dataset description

Different zonings have been defined to guide the implementation of the Agency’s intervention policies during the period 2019-2024. Depending on the case, they correspond to: eligibility criteria, i.e. projects must be located in the defined area in order to be eligible for Agency aid or for an increase in the Agency’s aid rate; priority criteria, i.e. depending on the area in which the projects are located, they have priority or not in order to be awarded aid from the Agency, in case the cumulative amounts of the various applications exceed the available budgetary envelope. Drinking water issue: In order to identify the drinking water resources whose preservation or restoration involves the most stakes at the level of the Artois-Picardie Basin, a zoning has been defined from the following elements: catchments delivering the largest annual volumes to feed the population; catchments designated under different national policies due to a deterioration in the quality of current or proven drinking water. These criteria correspond to 1,048 communes at the scale of the Artois-Picardie Basin. These criteria are used to: allocate aid from the Agency for works relating to non-collective sanitation, connection to public collection networks, control of diffuse pollution and organic farming (eligibility criteria); prioritise projects that request assistance from the Agency for Water Quality Reconquest Operations (ORQUE), voluntary and multi-partnership initiatives to reduce polluting pressures in catchment feeding areas. __Partner organisations__ Agence de l'Eau Artois Picardie, Agence de l'Eau Artois-Picardie __Links annexes__ * [see](http://aeap.maps.arcgis.com/apps/View/index.html?appid=90ca1df9b2064e839b5cc952390971cd) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/b56988305de086b5bd8a67798deebcb3878b545f)
