2019 Women-Men Equality Report for the Year 2018

This legal framework is legitimate and secures community action on gender equality with: • The law of 12 March 2012 which stipulates that local authorities draw up a report on the comparative situation of women and men in the field of occupational equality • The law of 21 February 2014 which makes gender equality a cross-cutting priority in city policy; • The law of 4 August 2014, which stipulates, inter alia, that local authorities implement an integrated policy on equality between women and men The report shall enable: — \- to raise awareness among elected officials and community officers about gender equality — \- to wear and make this subject visible to the public
