Accounts of political parties and groups

Accounting data of political parties and groups resulting from the consolidated accounts submitted to the Commission under Article 11-7 of the Law of 11 March 1988 on the financial transparency of political life. These data may include accounts in CFP Francs and not in euros. Such accounts must comply with the requirements of Regulation No 2018-03 of 12 October 2018 on the general accounts of political parties or groups, which relate in particular to the preparation and presentation of consolidated accounts. **Attention**: — _The accounting data for the financial years 2008 to 2017 correspond, on the other hand, to the accounting items in the balance sheet and profit and loss account as provided for in Opinion No 95-02 on the accounting of political parties and groups and may include accounts in MFF Francs and not in euros._ — _Each political party has an identification number given by the CNCCFP. Thus, in the event of a change in the name of the party without a change of legal personality, the party number is retained.
