Dataset description

This dataset counts by department people residing in a recipient household with a payable entitlement to Active Solidarity Income (RSA) since 2019 for the months of March, June September and December. It includes the indicators \- amounts of duty, \- number of households receiving recipients, \- number of persons covered, \- number of persons in charge of the case. It contains three resources: \- type of RSA (supplementary, increased, young) \- composition home \- age responsible file The geographical field of observation of the dataset corresponds to the department of residence of the recipient household as recorded in the statistical file of recipients extracted with a decrease of 6 months, regardless of the CIF which managed the grantee file. There are 3 variations of the RSA: the RSA not increased, the RSA pluse and the young RSA. Persons who are pregnant or who are alone in the care of at least one child benefit from the ‘SAS plusé’. Young people under 25 years of age who are isolated and without dependent children are entitled to the ‘Young children’ under the condition of previous activity. The beneficiaries of the RSA are not members of the ‘RSA augmented’ public or the public ‘RSA young’ correspond to the ‘non-plused’ RSA. To learn more about the RSA, you can visit the following link: learn more about the RSA A short-term analysis of the RSA, known as the RSA, is also carried out quarterly.
