Aeronautical release easements (T4-T5) — right-of-way

Aeronautical release easements with a prohibition to create or an obligation to remove obstacles likely to constitute an air traffic hazard or harmful to the operation of safety features established in the interest of air navigation. An alternate aeronautical easement plan shall be established for the following aerodromes and facilities: (1) aerodromes intended for public air traffic or created by the State; (2) Under conditions prescribed by regulation to certain aerodromes not intended for public air traffic and created by a person other than the State and to aerodromes located in foreign territory for which alternate zones must be established on French territory; (3) to air navigation aids, aeronautical telecommunications facilities and meteorological facilities relevant to the safety of air navigation, without prejudice to the application of the provisions of sections L. 54 to L. 64 and R. 21, R. 24 to R. 28, R. 30 to R. 38, R. 40 to R. 42 of the Postal and Electronic Communications Code relating to easements established in the interest of radio transmissions and receptions; 4° At certain locations corresponding to preferential crossing points for air navigation. This layer represents the right-of-way of the airport related to this servitude.
