Agreements on planned habitat improvement operations

Agreements for planned habitat improvement operations in the Greater Paris Seine West Territory. GPSO has implemented planned private housing improvement operations in its territory, aimed in particular at combating unworthy and unhealthy habitat but also at promoting energy renovation. Since 2007, the agreements of four Programs of General Interest (PIG), three Programmed Habitat Improvement Operations (OPAH-Co-ownerships) and a Safeguard Plan have been signed with the National Habitat Agency (Anah). Through these devices, GPSO mobilises dedicated financial aid to encourage co-ownerships to undertake works as well as free support for technical, legal and financial co-owners, carried out by a specialised operator. The proposed file presents for each municipality and for each convention: * The type of operation programmed * Start and end dates of the agreement * The date of the deliberation and its number * The number of buildings involved in the operation
