The T5 easements are established pursuant to Articles L. 6351-1 and L. 6351-2 to L. 6351-5 of the Transport Code (formerly R. 241-1 to R. 242-3 of the Civil Aviation Code). These are servitudes, known as “aeronautical clearances”, created in order to ensure the safety of aircraft traffic, at n°#x27; excluding radio easements. They are defined:- by an aeronautical release easement plan (PSA) drawn up for each aerodrome referred to in Article L. 6350-1 of the Transport Code (formerly R. 241-2 of the Code of Civil Aviation),- or by provisional safeguard measures that may be implemented in the event of #x27; emergency, before #x27;be included in an approved PSA.These aeronautical release easements shall include:- l' obligation to modify or remove obstacles which may constitute a danger to air traffic or harmful to the operation of safety devices (light, radio or meteorological) established in the #x27th; interest of air navigation,- l' prohibition of carrying out work on vessels and other works affected by aeronautical servitude work on major repairs or #x27; improvement exempted from the building permit without authorisation of l’' administrative authority.Relevant under T5 easement:- all aerodromes open to public air traffic,- restricted-use aerodromes created by l’#x27; State,- under prescribed conditions, certain restricted-use aerodromes created by a person other than #x27; State. The generators are linked to infrastructure as planned for the ultimate stage of development of l’#x27; aerodrome, i.e. the runway system, the area(s) d' final and take-off approach at ¶#x27; exclusive use of #x27; helicopters, visual aids where applicable. The generator of #x27; a servitude of the public utility is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, under the #x27; effect of #x27; a regulation, constraints on the modalities of #x27; land use of surrounding lands. The disappearance or destruction on the ground of generator No.#x27; has no consequence of removing the ease(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or #x27; repeal taken by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question. __Origin__ Allocation of years of construction of buildings (source MAJIC) to objects buildings of the vector BDParcellar and BDTopo. For municipalities not covered by the vector BDParcellar, use of BDTopo buildings. The GIS modeling of urban stains is as follows: — Application d'a buffer: Expansion + 50 m, — Application of a negative buffer Erosion -40 m, — Aggregation of buffers (urban stains), — Calculation of areas. In the proposed modeling, not all years of building construction (mainly industrial, commercial or agricultural buildings) are known. These buildings have generated urban spots whose construction year is unknown (refer to metadata sheet " urbanisation modeling (urban stains), of which the construction year is unknown in Franche-Comté". Urban stains whose construction year is unknown are not taken into account in the calculation of the urban spot. Details of the method used are available upon request. Data quality: Source of data & construction years & DGFiP — Majic 2011 database, Source of data "population" INSEE, Source of data " buildings & IGN — BDParcellaire — BDTopo 2012. Attention: — Undated buildings generate undated urban spots (represented in grey). — Undated urban spot surfaces are not taken into account in the calculation of the urban spot evolution. — The figure d'artificialisation n' is not to be considered to the nearest metre. Departmental observatories work more closely to calculate these values. __Partner organisations__ DDT Eure-et-Loir __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-eb710952-10b6-4698-b486-06a717440b14) * [COVADIS data standard: Airfields generating easements T5](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_T5_GENERATEUR_SUP_S) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/8012bdf8c5c076f7cc79469ac9bf77dbc0e5d654)
